Colour profile: CMYK mode
Bleed: 10mm all round
Work vectorially:

Work with photos:
Full-size file: minimum 150dpi.
File to scale: minimum 300 dpi to be provided. Specify scaling in the filename.
Please convert everything into outlines so you can't have fonts that jump.
Avoid overprint: check that this is definitely off in your document to avoid an incorrect print.
