3MOTION is a young and dynamic production company specialising in visual communication. We offer our customers the service of assembling and installing all the visuals we produce in-house such as banners in frames, forex panels, vehicle lettering, window stickers, illuminated advertising, etc.

Your duties:

Assembling and placing visuals
You are flexible, both as regards job content and working hours
You work accurately, in a structured and orderly manner
You are communicative towards 3Motion, discuss any problems and try to find solutions.

Your duties:

• You will be the permanent point of contact for our regular customer base (key accounts) and new customers.
• Together with the customer and your colleagues, you look for an appropriate solution for every question concerning visual communication.
• You ensure the integral follow-up of the sales process from start to finish.
• You will also be in close contact with our suppliers for new products, and specific pricing requests.
• You will follow up incoming orders from start to finish ( quotation, order, planning, execution, debriefing, invoicing).
• You will work closely with our graphics and production department to jointly deliver a top-notch product and service for the customer.

Your duties:

• You map out the most efficient routes for our placement teams.
• You will organise transport/deliveries to customers and arrange express shipments.
• You will be in close contact with our own drivers, external carriers and our placers.
• Together with your colleagues, you closely monitor the planning of transport and placements.
• You will be in close contact with the packaging department and ensure deadlines are met.

Your duties:

You will design and draw out custom made items such as POS displays, packaging, exhibition stands, furniture, and other creative constructions.
You elaborate your project graphically from A to Z, in consultation with the client.
Together with your colleagues, you will monitor the progress of your project where necessary, ensuring a successful outcome of your projects.

We are looking for:

Thorough knowledge of graphics programmes such as Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, ...
Thorough knowledge of ArtiosCad is required
Experience in the technical design of packaging and displays
Interest in branding, design and interiors
Spatial insight into constructions is a must
