BRU asked 3Motion if it was possible to produce 2 XXXL BRU bottles in 3D. These bottles were to be used for an advertising stunt at Antwerp Central Station. For us, this was a very challenging project' likewise, this would be a unique opportunity to show what the possibilities are with our Massivit 1800 Large Format 3D printer.


From scratch

Our 3D designer went to work' based on desired visualisation from the client. Elaborating and designing these bottles was a feat. We had to consider some important parameters.

This involved 2 bottles 10 metres high' so good load-bearing construction was very important. The bottles were printed in multiple parts and finished high-end. The various parts were then assembled into the wooden structure. To make the bottles perfectly resemble a real BRU bottle, we further finished them with a full wrap.


Future proof
